Shortly after you place your order, a Ship Confirmation email will arrive letting you know the order was picked, packed and put on a truck.

In certain cases, a different delivery date will be reflected in your shopping cart, based on the location of the inventory and the time of your order. This advice will be clearly marked on the checkout page with an associated delivery date and "order within" countdown clock.
Please note that the "order within" countdown clock provides the timeframe in which you must place the order to receive your delivery by the date shown. That delivery date may change within that window of time due to changes in inventory.

Heavy or Oversized Item
Unfortunately, oversized items cannot be shipped using expedited ship methods. They can only be shipped via Ground Delivery.

All orders placed by 5 p.m. will ship the same day, pending payment verification and product availability. We are shipping 7 days a week, so your order can be on its way to you more quickly! Please note that the availability of deliveries on Saturday and Sunday is dependent on the individual zip code of the order recipient and subject to the terms therein.
The 5 p.m cutoff refers to the local time zone of each warehouse location. That means in-stock inventory ships out the same day on orders prior to 5 p.m. EST for our New Jersey and Ohio warehouses, 5 p.m. CST for our Mississippi warehouse, and 5 p.m. PST for our Nevada warehouse.
Refusal of Package Upon Delivery: If upon delivery of your order, the package is refused, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. If your order was to be paid on a purchase order, service will be suspended until that balance is paid.
